Key Responsibilities: Act as a SME for Fiserv DNA, providing expertise on system capabilities and best practices. Support implementation projects of new business banking and small business products, including treasury services, deposit solutions, and card solutions. Understand business problems, consult the individual/team on configurations and functionalities of the platform.
