Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the purchasing process to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and vendor details in internal systems.
  • Negotiate pricing and obtain availability information from suppliers.
  • Create, issue, and update purchase orders.
  • Order hardware and software inventory.
  • Track and confirm delivery of equipment.
  • Reconcile invoice discrepancies.

Key Interactions:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to meet customer timelines.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors via phone and email.
  • Support internal departments with fast, accurate purchasing data.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of purchasing or related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM
  • Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, multiply, divide, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a flexible attitude

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP systems or quoting, order management software.
  • Prior experience with automation, manufacturing, or industrial products.

Hybrid work schedule with two days in office at our corporate headquarters in Healdsburg. Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $70k-85k a year, depending on experience (includes base + bonuses)
