Oversee operational activities and address any challenges in real-time, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Qualifications: 10+ years of leadership experience, ideally within operations or systems integration across multiple industries. Proven track record in optimizing business processes, managing cross-functional teams, and driving organizational growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and locations. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Flexibility to travel regularly and manage operations in multiple locations.
