Our Dementia Care Assistants are responsible for: Spending time with individual residents talking, walking or engaging in an activity together. Working with a small group of residents on a program Providing regular check-ins with residents in the neighborhood to ensure safety and well-being. Assisting the team (and includes interested residents as able) in kitchen and meal tasks. Starting Salary Range: $14.50 - $18.86; Paid Time Off: Full-time team members accrue paid time off at 21 days per year starting from the first day of employment (usable after 90 days on the job).
