Description:
The Detail Technician has direct contact with customers tending to vehicles in the detail shop and providing exemplary service. Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, checking in customers, taking orders, explain services, and close out vehicles with customers.

•Ability to learn quickly
•Effective oral and written communication skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•To work as part of a team
•Must be able and willing to work flexible schedule
•Personally handle customer complaints or issues
•Constant training in all aspects of current job
•Constant supervision and upkeep of area
•Previous car wash work experience not required
•Ensure all services are performed according to our quality and speed of service guidelines
•Anticipate customers and location needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for visual cues

Additional Info:
Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping. Cruise-In Auto Spa
