The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for updating and maintaining website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and engaging. This role involves evaluating and implementing strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. The manager will support the marketing automation team with content creation for emails and landing pages, oversee translation projects, and collaborate with web designers to optimize user experience through A/B testing. Additionally, the role requires staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
**Your Impact**
+ Update and maintain website content to ensure it is current, accurate and engaging (e.g., product pages, event pages, marketing campaigns, general company information). Evaluate and implement opportunities to improve website traffic, engagement and conversion (e.g., SEO, personalization).
+ Support the marketing automation team with content creation for and deployment of marketing emails and landing pages, as assigned. Collaborate with the extended marketing to develop content for email nurture campaigns that support business objectives.
+ Oversee translation projects for website, CRM, marketing automation and other digital marketing projects as assigned. Coordinate with in-market reviewers and regional marketing teams as needed to ensure timely and accurate translations.
+ Leverage tools like Google Analytics to monitor website analytics and provide recommendations to improve user experience and conversion rates. Collaborate with web designers/developers to conduct A/B tests to optimize elements such as UX, UI, content and calls-to-action.
+ Stay up to date with the latest web content and digital marketing trends, tools and technologies to ensure our digital presence remains cutting-edge. Share input on new trends, tools and technologies to enhance marketing capabilities and drive competitive advantage.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
+ Proven experience in digital content development and management, underscored by strong writing skills.
+ Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, Kontent.ai or similar.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot) and/or with translation services such as RWS, Transperfect or Smartling would be nice to have.
**Your Compensation**
This position will pay within the range of $54K to $110K, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8% of compensation.
