The Director, Talent Acquisition, leads the recruitment strategy, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent, especially for technical roles. This role works closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure the company meets its staffing needs effectively. This is a full-time position in our Phoenix, AZ office with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities include developing and executing hiring strategy, leading and mentoring the recruitment team, working with HR and managers to understand hiring needs, overseeing recruitment of engineers, developers, and IT professionals, staying updated on technical hiring trends, implementing innovative sourcing methods, improving recruitment process efficiency, promoting the company’s brand, ensuring positive candidate experience, leading diversity and inclusion efforts, and aligning recruitment with DEIB goals. Requires strong leadership, technical recruiting knowledge, excellent communication, analytical skills, a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years recruitment experience with 3+ years leadership, and relevant certifications are a plus. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
