As an Event Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for delivering a top-quality bespoke guest experience to each function and individual. This role will assist during meal service and bar service for events, focusing on food & beverage safety and service standards, building relationships with our guests, and finding new ways to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences. Responsibilities include setting up indoor/outdoor bars for events, maintaining cleanliness and organization, mixing and serving beverages according to recipes and guest requests, managing bar inventory, enforcing alcohol consumption policies, greeting guests professionally, suggesting beverages, assisting with food & beverage setup, distributing appetizers, memorizing dietary restrictions, monitoring guest counts, performing meeting room refreshes, bussing tables, maintaining sanitation, and complying with all food & beverage regulations. The role requires participation in daily shift meetings, team meetings, tracking beverage consumption and inventory, and assisting with deliveries and pickups. Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage Industry and at least 1 year in bartending. A valid ABC certification is required. Skills include effective communication, good judgment, extensive bar and food knowledge, time management, knowledge of laws and mixology, physical stamina, and a positive attitude.
