Job Summary:
Meneses Law is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President of the law firm. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish/English and able to prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively. The Executive Assistant will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare, and organize important legal and strategic materials and plans, and support executive meetings in preparation of meeting materials. The Executive Assistant will have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the President’s needs. Candidate must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management that report to the President. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
