Job Description
NC the Cabinet Gallery is looking for a Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate knows the intricacies of bath and kitchen designing, including the details of cabinet layout and flooring installation. Having product knowledge of various materials, countertops, appliances, lighting fixtures, and finishes are also preferable.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and use 20/20 design software to create a kitchen or bath design
Help customers choose various materials
Provide an estimate for the project
Work with our design team and superintendents to build out the design
Keep customers updated and informed regarding any schedule changes or delays in progress
Work closely with the project coordinator who will assist setting up all new project details.
Learn all our cabinet lines (will train)
Requirements and Qualifications
Associate, bachelor's degree or certificate program required`
Proficiency in using 20/20 software to design projects
A portfolio of past work
Strong design skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Deal closing or sales experience is a plus
