PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Your role will involve advanced technical and engineering problem-solving to support our nuclear plant operations. You will be responsible for making technical decisions with a thorough understanding of industry codes and regulations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Deliver expert technical analysis and manage engineering projects and programs. Consult directly to identify and resolve equipment and system issues. Oversee engineering tasks accurately and promptly while ensuring compliance with standard design criteria and codes. Conduct independent research and analysis to support various technical initiatives. Propose innovative equipment and techniques to enhance system performance, reduce costs, and comply with regulatory changes. Fulfill additional job responsibilities as needed, including emergency response and supporting outage activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with at least 5 years of nuclear experience or related engineering experience. Ability to meet access requirements and achieve favorable medical evaluations as per job duties.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Expertise in Mitigating System Performance Index. Familiarity with SSPI and Maintenance Rule qualifications. Experience with industry user groups. Constellation Energy
