Full-Time Virtual Receptionist Location: Virginia Beach, VA POSH is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Virtual Receptionists to join our rapidly growing team. In this vital role, you'll provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our diverse client base. You will be representing our client's businesses with enthusiasm and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Greet callers with a polite and pleasant demeanor, provide professional phones support Schedule appointments and complete follow-up calls Accurately gather and relay essential information , ensuring all message details are thorough and precise. Verify and meticulously enter information into our system, providing clients with confidence that their issues will be effectively communicated. Qualifications: A welcoming voice and an upbeat, professional tone. Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar. Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment. Ability to type 40 words per minute or more. Excellent attendance record. Availability to work one weekend day No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation: $21/hour with perfect attendance Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $19 / Hour.
