Job Description



We are seeking a Project Manager to join a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing observability practices within our AWS Connect Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform.The focus is on ensuring operational transparency and enabling proactive issue detection by coordinating cross-team efforts and maintaining visibility into project progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate observability discussion sessions with Developers, Architects, Platform, and Support teams.
  • Maintain and update trackers with timelines, deliverables, and progress status.
  • Provide periodic status updates and reports to leadership teams.
  • Create engaging presentations to showcase overall project progress and status for stakeholders.
  • Drive observability initiatives and related tasks to completion by coordinating with dependent teams.
  • Contribute to other internal project tracking and coordination activities as required.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of IT project management experience in CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) environments
  • 3+ years managing observability/monitoring projects.
  • Experience with documentation for IT/cloud-based projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint).
  • Expertise in diagramming tools (Visio, Draw.io) for workflows and system architecture.
  • Proven ability to track project timelines, dependencies, and risks using PM tools.
  • Experience analyzing technical metrics (Splunk, CloudWatch) and creating executive reports.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with development, operations, and support teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the CCaaS industry and familiarity with Amazon Connect ecosystems.
  • Knowledge with AWS contact center services (Amazon Connect, Lambda, ALB)
  • Agile/Scrum certification (PMP, SAFe, or similar)
