Key Responsibilities Conduct dealership visits to assess Aftersales operations with Sales & Aftersales staff, management, and Dealer Principals. Provide coaching and develop action plans to enhance Accessories, Parts, & Service (APS) opportunities. Identify improvement areas and collaborate with dealerships to improve customer experience, retention, profitability, and loyalty. Evaluate accessories, parts, and service operations using the 5 Mindsets approach to build consumer value. Review marketing and advertising plans for effectiveness. Perform financial and operational analysis to identify performance improvements. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. At least 6 years of progressive marketing and sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in automotive industry analytics. Experience within dealerships, regions, or manufacturing facilities at analyst or managerial levels. Minimum of 2 years supporting dealer contacts (e.g., WDM, FOM, FSM, DOM). Supervisory experience and sales background preferred. Willingness to travel domestically over 75% of the time. Residence within the assigned district.
