This isn’t just month-end close and reconciliations—though you'll do that too. You'll work directly with the leadership teams of Finance, Accounting and Operations across multi-entities and Brands. What You’ll Do:
· Own portions of the monthly close process including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
· Perform complex inventory reconciliation and intercompany allocations across 40+ locations—coordinate with both offshore teams and on-site inventory managers
· Built out gross margin analysis by brand and location, and present findings to operational leadership
· Assist in monthly financial statement prep. Including footnotes, audit support, and cross-functional KPIs
What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree required: Accounting, Finance, or Economics, CPA driven a +
· 1–2 years’ experience in public accounting (Big 4 or regional) or a combo of public + industry
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills—critical thinkers encouraged!
· Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (Sage Intacct and/or Power BI a ++
· Great communication skills and the drive to collaborate across teams
· Experience in MSO/healthcare services, or with multi-location businesses, is a big bonus
