Position Overview: As the first and last point of contact for our esteemed clientele, as the Valet Porter you will embody the sophistication and elegance that defines our brand. The ideal candidate will have a refined approach to customer service, extensive experience driving high-end sedans and SUVs, and a pristine driving record. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their experience begins and ends on a high note. Assist customers with their vehicles, offering a seamless transition from arrival to departure.
  • Demonstrate exceptional skill in maneuvering and parking luxury sedans and SUVs. Safely and efficiently retrieve vehicles for guests with the utmost care.
  • Park and retrieve guests’ cars and perform other valet duties as required.
  • Provide quick, responsive customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Maintain an orderly flow of vehicles within the dealership’s property, ensuring that every vehicle is parked with precision to enhance the overall ambiance.
  • Responsible for control over the delivery lane and managing the movement of vehicles efficiently.
  • Responsible for holding keys and keeping a proper inventory of all vehicle keys at all times.
  • Ensure proper care of idle vehicles, including securing them appropriately and returning keys to customers when needed.
  • Conduct a meticulous inspection of each vehicle upon arrival, noting any existing damage and promptly reporting it to management.
  • Maintain the dealership’s parking areas and working spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Document daily concerns and relevant information in the daily log for management review.
  • Support vehicle deliveries, assist with lot maintenance, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure the dealership operates smoothly.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of valet or porter experience, preferably within a luxury automotive environment.
  • Proven ability to drive a variety of luxury vehicles, including sedans and SUVs. Must possess a valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving history.
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional demeanor that aligns with the expectations of our discerning clientele.
  • Must be fluent in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Miami’s diverse weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to bend, kneel, and reach as necessary.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time, including weekends, holidays, and potential evening hours to accommodate events and clientele’s needs.
  • Predominantly outdoor work in a vibrant, upscale setting.
