A fast-paced law firm is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented legal assistant to provide essential support to litigation attorneys. This role involves managing schedules, calendaring, e-filing, and preparing legal documents within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings
Schedule appointments and handle logistical arrangements
Electronically file legal documents and manage recordings as required
Review, format, and ensure consistency in legal documents
Assist with accurate entry of billable time
Prepare and process proformas for billing
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or similar legal environment
Desired Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced legal setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Highly organized and dependable
